Human Rights Due Diligence and Management

To implement the ASUS Human Rights Policy, ASUS referenced the “Human Rights Risks in Business Operations” proposed by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and conducted an annual investigation of human rights risk incidents to assess the level of human rights risks related to its operations. The scope of the investigation covered employees and contractors at the operations headquarters and all overseas operating sites. In 2025, human rights risk incidents occurred at the operations headquarters and Americas sites, with the affected population accounting for 4% of the global total workforce. All human rights risk incidents have been investigated and improved, with ongoing follow-up on improvement progress. No medium- or high-risk human rights incidents occurred.

Six dimensions of human rights risks are: Labor rights, Gender equality, Voice and participation, Environmental rights, Governance and security, Product development. Scope of human rights due diligence includes: All global employees, Headquarters contractors, Suppliers.
