Occupational Safety and Health Management

ASUS has established a dedicated Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) team to formulate its ASUS Group Social Environmental Responsibility and Safety and Health Policy. Ongoing supervision and management are conducted through safety and health hazard identification, training and awareness programs, and disaster prevention simulation drills. To encourage participation and enhance workplace safety awareness, ASUS organizes the "Workplace GO Safety Points Reward Program," encouraging employee engagement and supporting the goal of zero incidents while fostering workplace harmony. In 2025, the program recorded 17,178 employee participations.

The "Occupational Safety and Health Committee" is composed of 31 members, including 13 labor representatives, and convenes quarterly. Chaired by senior management, the committee jointly reviews and discusses occupational safety and health matters with labor representatives in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, ensuring effective communication, strengthening labor-management relations, and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and friendly workplace culture.

Occupational Safety and Health Risk Identification

Each year in the fourth quarter, ASUS invites safety and health committee members from each department and occupational safety personnel to jointly conduct “Environmental Aspect and Occupational Safety and Health Risk Identification.” Through objective, two-way assessments, the process reviews past incidents, potential hazards, current issues, annual audit findings, and issues raised by stakeholders in each department. Based on comprehensive scoring, ASUS determines the “Annual Significant Environmental Considerations and Intolerable Risks.”

Occupational Safety and Health Response Drill

In 2025, in addition to cooperating with local fire departments to conduct fire drill activities, ASUS independently completed approximately 19 training and simulation drills covering five scenarios: earthquakes, air-raid incidents, chemical disasters, indoor swimming pool drowning, and charging pile fires. Topics included firecrackers and fireworks, earthquake evacuation, electrical fire prevention, installation and use of residential fire alarms, lithium battery use and storage, vehicle spontaneous combustion prevention, power bank use, and Mid-Autumn Festival barbecue safety. A total of 3,919 participations were recorded in emergency response knowledge activities.

Health Management

ASUS adheres to the business philosophy of "inspire, motivate, and nurture employees," by providing annual health check-up service, which is superior to the provisions set out in the "Regulations Governing the Labor Health Protection,"to its employees.
